EKSA Ltd. was the first Bulgarian Construction company to be granted a full membership to BIBA (The Bulgarian Industrial Business Association) in 1998.It has also been licensed to be a general engineer and contractor by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber.

Branch offices have been established in the town of Plovdiv in 1998 and in the town of Veliko Turnovo in 2001.

At present, the executive staff of "EKSA" consists of 17 members, including licensed architects, qualified structural and civil engineers with overseas experience, and building technicians.

Our team consists of well recognized, highly trained, experienced professionals, some of which have been licensed for Authorized appraisal by the Bulgarian Agency for Privatization and for Urban planning design by the Bulgarian Ministry of Building.

The general staff of the company includes highly qualified construction workers, grouped in specialized teams for complex handling of both new civil projects and reconstruction, restoration, and conservation projects.
