The building of the former Synagogue was declared a monument of culture from 18.11.1967 and adapted for an art gallery in 1979. The adaptation was also carried out with a building - former TPK, connected between you with a warm relationship. The total area is 2,500 sq. m., 1,700 of which is exhibition space. Art Gallery "George Papazov" has an extremely valuable collection of 348 icons and ecclesiastical works dating from the 16th-20th centuries, representing different schools of icon painting. The water facilities in the Museum "ETER" will retain their authenticity

Water facilities are the richness of the Museum "Etre". Although their maintenance is expensive, the need for such activity is realized. Conservation and restoration of depreciated parts is forthcoming, and the funding is provided through the project "REMO "Etre" – museum for creative cultural tourism". Society, quite naturally, is relevant to what is happening in the Etre Museum, as this is an emblematic place for Bulgaria that preserves the spirit of a bygone era. Arch. Maria Bakerova carried out preliminary activity to ensure the preservation of the essence and authenticity of the valuable water facilities. Thanks to this, the elements and materials used for their manufacture are described. All this will also take into account the work of the Consortium "EKSA STROY" DZZD, which will carry out the restoration and conservation work of the facilities. What does arch expect to see? Baker, coming to the Etre Museum after completing these activities? 'I wouldn't want to see anything different. I want to see some working water facilities. They don't make an impression on anything bad right now. They just have this kind of problem that you can't see at first sight." Maria Bakerova? We often meet her in the center of Gabrovo, where her office is located. Her love for these animals is evident from her attitude towards hers. Her name is Hannah and she's just another street-taken animal she cares for and gives love to. From the beginning of the conversation arch. A baker tries to go directly to the theme of the water facilities of the Museum "Etre". "If you ask me when I met the water facilities – in my childhood years. Very often our parents walked us to the museum. It was reached by buses to the shipka branch and from there it continued on foot. It was a real experience, a nice walk. Water facilities are the unique element in this museum. The idea of its creation is related to water and this makes it so recognizable." Maria Bakerova. Nowadays, a romantic feeling is created – the falling water and the movement of the charms suggest this. But in the past, this craft requires a lot of physical effort. Months ago, arch. Maria Bakerova and arch. Stanimir Simov made the project for conservation and partial restorations of the water facilities, which will be used during the project. "Quite simply – for the most part, these are wooden elements that are depreciated over time – complete, in pieces, in detail. With a serious ongoing maintenance, they would depreciate again, possibly more slowly. All transmission mechanisms, especially those located underwater, need continuous maintenance. For some of them you need partial restoration, but for others complete. I sincerely hope that this will happen with authentic materials and technologies, which also guarantees an authentic look." A baker states that "authentic" means to use the material from which the facility was created. Natural materials used in the past exist now. Wood for individual facilities is different. Large corks, which serve as pipes for water flow, are made of beech material that is perishable and requires rapid replacement. "How many years have water facilities not been "touched?"" asks a rhetorical question arch. Maria Bakerova answers herself. "A lot." He says partial repairs have been made, including the placement many years ago of a plastic tube in one such coruba, possibly in order to strengthen durability. It can not say why then this option is preferred, instead of putting a new authentic coruba. It suggests that notorious staff cuts in institutions in the 1990s could be some explanation. From 1991 to 2008 Maria Valrorova was director of bozhentsi reserve. When she got there, she found that the first redundant were the people in technical support. "Exactly the same thing happened at Etre." The recommendations were to benefit people from temporary employment. But this can not be done, since they are not specialists and can not carry out work for which a certain preparation is required. If a man like that doesn't set fire to you in the reserve, which happened, you don't know what else could happen. Skills, education and special treatment are required. Now things are starting to change. But it used to say that a state had to shrink and the support units were removed. When we talk about "Etre", it must be supported by people who understand." Bakerova believes that the renewed elements of water facilities will not need aging, but a traditional way of performing to stay in place. "We can't make a modern bike, a contemporary dolop. And in the past, no one has ageed the renewed elements. This happens naturally. I will set an example for a church in England that has been very serious over the centuries. It is no longer known if there is one element of the time it was created – so serious is its maintenance. Today, the water facilities at the Etar Museum have problems that are not visible at first sight. For almost all visitors, except for the very narrowly specialized, they remain hidden. Arch. Bakerova again emphasizes that after the end of the project "REMO "Etre" – museum for creative cultural tourism" does not expect to see anything different from the current one, which has been given a chance for many more years of life. It highly appreciates the professional potential of the company that won the realization of this activity from the project – Consortium "EKSA STROY" DZZD. Their plus is that they have experience working with the legacy of the past and have held on to the market for many years. Arch. Maria Bakerova acknowledges that it is all about the specific specialists who perform the activities and their attitude to the work.   The premiere of “The Actress”, a new play at the National Theatre “Ivan Vazov”, took place on June 01, 2019, featuring reknown actors Prof. Stefan Danailov and Anya Pencheva. EKSA’s team attended the show and congratulated the cast with a beautiful flower basket. We were all in awe with their masterful acting! Our team of experts was excited to see a play at the National Theatre – a building whose restoration we completed about 10 years ago, including the main stage hall, the architectural and decorative elements, the gold gliding, the dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, corridors and more. Since the completion of these works, there have been no claims for warranty flaws by our clients at the National Theatre. We were delighted to experience the quality of our work ourselves and to see two of our country’s most cherished actors feel comfortable within this building which we had worked to restore with love and dedication. Our mission to preserve Bulgaria’s cultural heritage has been accomplished through the restoration of the glamor and impressiveness of the National Theatre building, representing both a cultural institution and an architectural monument.
